The Journal of Performance Management (JPM) welcomes high-quality original research that advances theory, practice, and policy in performance management, financial services management, and information systems.
Authors are requested to carefully review the following guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.
The journal considers the following categories:
Original Research Articles (6,000–8,000 words)
Review Articles / Systematic Reviews (7,000–9,000 words)
Conceptual / Theoretical Papers (5,000–7,000 words)
Case Studies (4,000–6,000 words)
Short Communications / Research Notes (2,000–3,000 words)
Book Reviews (1,000–1,500 words)
Word count includes references, tables, and appendices.
All submissions must be written in clear, concise academic English.

The journal follows APA (7th Edition) referencing style.

Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
Simultaneous submission to other journals is prohibited.
